The room was compact but very clean , shower was excellent and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was included and was to a good standard with friendly and helpful staff. We were able to leave our bags prior to check in and after checkout which was ideal. Great location for both walking into central London, Regent’s Park and very close to public transport links. We would definitely consider returning although would probably go for a larger room.

Nice welcome at reception and after a short delay we were checked in early since we paid extra for this benefit. The room was larger than expected for this location and it was very clean, especially the bathroom. Our breakfast was sufficient with good choices apart from bread/baked goods which were quite limited to plain sliced bread. I think this could be improved without huge additional cost to the hotel. The dining room staff were also very welcoming and polite during breakfast service. The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from Euston which was why we chose this one and it was also quiet during the night. Thank you to all the staff.

This was my first visit but I would definitely stay again. The staff are all fantastic. Next I will book a walk in shower as that was my only problem.
