Staff lovely - big shout out for the new receptionist…??. Location fab - walk to Chelsea and Gloucester tube station around the corner.

Great hotel conveniently located within walking distance of the South Kensington museums and the Royal Albert Hall. Staff are also an asset - friendly and helpful, but thoroughly professional.

Free upgrade
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. I’ve stayed here twice this summer and won’t hesitate to book again when I’m in London. The upgrade was a lovely surprise on arrival!

Our only complaint and a small one at that we found the room a bit tight. However having sky sports in the room was a mega bonus.

Good hotel
First time at this hotel and we were very pleased with everything. The location was great, all the staff were so friendly, helpful and polite. The room on 5th floor was small but had everything we needed. Nice breakfast and a cream tea was included in our deal and was much appreciated. We would stay here again.

Good base for museums
We stayed two nights in a triple room (which actually had a double and two singles). Room was large and very clean. Bathroom was small but had all you needed. Room was serviced whilst we were there too which was unexpected but nice. There was a small lift but this was a bit slow so we tended to use stairs. Room was situated at front of hotel. Some traffic noise but nothing too bad. Breakfast was ok. Stuck with continental. Choice of pastries, toast, fruits, cereal, yogurts and meats. Breakfast room seemed small for size of hotel and on second morning we couldn’t sit together- which was awkward as we were a group of 3. Staff did apologies several times. We were able to leave luggage at hotel before check in as we were early and after check out as we wanted to do more before going home. This was helpful. Overall a good stay in a good location especially for the museums. Close to underground too. Would return in future.
