an amazing experience
I was visiting London from California and stayed in this hotel that was reserved for me. the hotel staff are so friendly, kind, and helpful. the hotel is beautiful and has lots of character. the room was very cozy and clean. the breakfast was almost always the same and I wish it was a bit more diverse. the main reason I enjoyed my stay was the fact that the room was always organized and clean, the quality of the tea was great and most importantly the staff were genuinely nice, kind and respectful.

Great location and staff
Great location near to tube station with friendly staff. Shame The bar closes at 11 as we would have def used it later - but would thoroughly recommend this hotel

Great hotel
Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel felt grand and very comfortable. Breakfast was really nice and the waitress was very helpful and a really lovely person. Bar area was really nice but we fealt like the the bar person was under pressure and consequently the service was a bit slow.
