BACK AGAIN
My home from home in London but all badly disrupted by the lockdowns since early 2020. First time I could stay at Strathmore this year. Friendly and professional staff. A good 3-night stay.

Very clean spacious Rooms
Easy check-in and very bright very clean spacious rooms with good blackout curtains. Disappointed that my reservation came with breakfast but was told on the morning that breaskfast was not included (this was confirmed on our reservation). Booked the rookm for 3 people but only received 2 towels and had to request an extra.

Lovely staff and really good food. The TV was limiting and very small. There was a noisy manhole cover on the A4 that was rattling all night as traffic ran over it. Even with the window closed, it was very disturbing. This should be fixed.

Another Wonderful stay at the Strathmore Hotel
This was my 5th stay at the Strathmore Hotel Kensington. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The room is always clean. I had breakfast on my stay this time and it was delicious! I'm looking forward to my next trip already!

Staying in London in strange times
It's a long time since I stayed in a hotel. The staff were wonderful, helping with any problems. I look forward to hotels being able to function again as normal. Thank you for making my first venture back out into the world uncomplicated.
