A pleasant stay
The room was a little on the small side but fine for an overnight stay. English breakfast very basic. Staff very obliging. Will stay again.

Amazing Stay!
I took my parents to London for the first time, and I could not have been more happy with our choice in hotel! Absolutely stunning, very attentive, patient and helpful staff, and amazing location! Also, the only hotel I could find in London with a 'family room' with a queen bed, and two twin beds, which was awesome! Anyone coming to London, I will be recommending this hotel!

Perfect for our stay
Review ( part 2) Room was really clean and beds very comfortable. Room was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for an over night stay, if you had loads of luggage could struggle a bit. Staff all very friendly and efficient. We had the continental breakfast which was fine and plentiful. Great location. Thanks team we loved our stay.

Perfect for our needs.
Stayed overnight as we went to Royal Albert Hall. Hotel is beautiful - real "Upstairs Downstairs" building..so decor reflects the history.

The staff were very accommodating and flexible. We felt very welcome during our stay. Excellent location. Very welcoming lounge after a busy day's work. Good value for the location. I will consider the Gem Strathmore as my first choice when coming back to London for work. Many thanks to all the friendly staff.
