Little Gem
Staff were so very helpful and courteous. Room and common areas clean and tidy. Furniture in bedroom is tired but functional . Bed comfortable. Food at breakfast was hot, tasty and plentiful. The build has a lovely history and it is good to see a lot of original decor, etc is still in place. This hotel is convenient for Gloucester Road tube, Royal Albert Hall, V & A Museum, Natural History Museum, Science Museum, Kensington and Hyde Park. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un bon séjour. La chambre était incroyable ! La salle de bain peut être petite (nous étions en triple), mais ça ne m'a pas dérangé. Le personnel très souriant et compréhensif (au vu de mon niveau d'anglais ...) Je reviendrais très vite ??

Staff is superb-friendly and helpful. Dharampreet Kaur was especially so. We enjoyed our stay in a clean and comfortable room and bed and will certainly come back again. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. Hotel location is excellent and within a few minutes walk to theTube, the History museum and the V& A. An addition of a floor lamp by the sofa in the room we stayed in might improve the lighting . We wish you and the staff the very best!

Brilliant Hotel
It’s the first time we have stayed at the Gem Strathmore, but we will definitely be staying again on our next visit to London. The staff were amazing, room was first class, and the cream tea and breakfast were both excellent
