Wonderful experience all around
We arrived at the hotel about 5 hours early to drop our luggage off and figured we would just walk around and take in some of the sights. After a longer than expected flight, we were all exhausted. We were told by concierge that there was a lounge that we could wait in. After waiting just under an hour, the manager came to my husband and stated that they were going to get us into our room early. We were extremely grateful for this kind gesture. The gentleman assisted us with all of our bags and took us right to our room without charging us an extra fee! It was super easy to request more towels, they had them at our door within 5 minutes! I would absolutely recommend staying here! Great location and even better staff!

Short break with the kids
A super friendly, luxurious but not uncomfortably so hotel located very close to the museums (we picked it for proximity to the Natural History Museum and it was perfect). Everything was clean and in order, the room was lovely, beds very firm but pillows nice and soft. Excellent.
