Very pleasant stay
Very nice hotel in good location. We were on top floor where windows are very high up. If this is a problem best to check which floor you are on with hotel before booking. Lovely lounge on ground floor where drinks are available when you return to hotel after evening trip out. Excellent location if you are going to Royal Albert Hall, you can walk there and back.

Great location
We got two rooms with two twin beds each. There was a little mix up at check in (our fault) but the man working the front desk was very helpful and got the situation resolved quickly. It was unseasonably hot while we were there and they brought up a fan immediately. The breakfast was plenty filling and was good food. We did not pay extra for the hot breakfast as there was a lot to pick from on the continental breakfast. The location was very close to the underground (the tube) and to the natural history museum and several restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.
