The Strathmore is a very nice hotel and is obviously a popular choice as lots of guests . It has a certain charm and elegance, but could do with some updating . The staff were very helpful and courteous . Breakfast was plentiful and very good value . Restaurant staff very well organised ,they do a great job . The purpose of this visit was the Chelsea flower show but we managed a to visit National History Museum which is about five minutes walk. Also a few good places to eat within minutes . . We would stay again. Many thanks

Theatre trip
My first visit but will definitely be back. There was a mix up over the type of room booked but the staff were really helpful and resolved the problem very quickly.
