Lovely stay in Kensington
Our second time in this hotel and had a good stay again. Love the classic style of the hotel and the convenient but quiet location , the bar / lounge area is nice to relax in, staff are very good. Room this time smaller than last time we stayed but still comfortable and quiet. Nice breakfast. Our go to hotel in London

Perfect for a family of 4
Large rooms - perfect room for a family of 4 with two large kids. Beds are wonderfull. Quiet place.

Very pleasant hotel
The initial twin room we were allocated was very small but once we asked if there was a larger room we were given a very pleasant good sized twin room room. The housekeeper was very helpful and friendly. All the staff were friendly and they were all keen to make the guests stay as pleasant as possible. I would go back to this hotel again when visiting London. The location is excellent.
