Clean, comfortable. Great quad room. Very supportive staff who were very kind to my 94 year old mum with mobility issues. Steps up to hotel were manageable, staff very accomodating booking taxi etc. Hotel in Great position for museums, Albert Hall etc.

Outstanding!
We found the Strathmore Hotel on short notice. It was perfect for our needs! Only a couple blocks from tube station, walking distance to the Natural History Museum, very quiet stay, clean, comfortable room, very attentive and gracious staff - every single one we interacted with was helpful, kind and thoughtful. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Lovely
We booked for my husbands 60th Birthday treat. Very welcoming staff hotel clean. The lift did break down on our last day and as we were on the 5th floor there were plenty of steps for us. Over all the staff couldn't apologise enough. Would definitely stay again.
