Lovely stay
We had a lovely stay at the strathmore in Kensington. There was a warm friendly welcome on arrival. Our room was not ready as we were early however we left our luggage with them. Later that day our friends unexpectedly needed a room and on contacting the hotel the did everything they could to arrange this for us and did not charge extra for late booking. The room was spacious clean and bright, my only comments on room were that there was no choice of tea bags just basic tea bags, and no biscuits both of which our friends had in their room. They also had water which again we need not but was provided when we asked. We did not ask for tea or biscuits. Breakfast was continental and it was fresh and nice, the staff were helpful and friendly, my only reason for not being top score was limited choice . We would definitely stay again and the staff really are an assest to the hotel and are doing a fabulous job .

Great stuff, they all were very helpful and had no hesitation in answering our questions. Room and building facilities super clean. Food was delicious, Worth he price I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for receiving me

the staff from reception, bfast & house keeping were very friendly & helpful. location of hotel is unbeatable as it is in our favourite area in London. we first stayed here 23 years ago & came again in between. it was lovely to be welcomed again after the covid lockdowns.

Wonderful
The staff was wonderful. The location is close to everything and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. A Short walk to Kensington Palace and 2 blocks from Gloucester station. The decor is traditional and charming.

A hidden gem in South Kensington
This hotel is a gem in the heart of South Kensington. The location could not be better. Hotel staff and management are very professional and very helpful. Housekeeing is super and so are the breakfast staff. Breakfast offers so much and is delicious with fresh fruits, yoghurts, pastries and so much more on the menu. I highly recommend this hotel.
