A hidden gem
This is an absolute hidden gem of a hotel. I use the Fitzrovia as a home from home hotel and truly believe that the front of house staff are at the very top of their profession. Professional, polite, friendly, helpful… the list goes on. All it leaves me to say is thank you everyone with a very special mention to the duty manager team and all at the main desk who greet me each day with a positive greeting and a friendly smile

A wonderful stay for a special occasion
I have just returned from a week at this hotel. It was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect for central London, and the hotel itself is lovely. The room was clean and nicely decorated and my partner and I both slept wonderfully in the bed. The staff could not have been any nicer. It was my 50th birthday and while we were out during the day, they left a delicious desert for us upon our return to the room; a really lovely touch. We are already looking into our next trip to London and I would definitely recommend staying here. 5 Stars all the way. With many thanks!

Our second visit to your HOtel was as good as the first one. The only thing I didn´t understand ( and I think it didn´t happen the first time in last September) is that we had to pay the whole room price before using the room whe we did the check in.

We had a very nice stay for three nights. The breakfast was very good, and we only met friendly and ready-to-help personel. The beds weren't that big and some found them hard, but I liked them. It was nice and quiet through the night.
