Home from home
This is my home away from home. The staff are excellent and the team is lead excellently by the brilliant duty managers. The staff at the hotel are friendly, professional, knowledgable and helpful. Each time I enter or leave the hotel I receive a warm greeting making the Gem Fitzrovia feel like my home rather than a hotel. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for all you do each time I visit

Excellent stay
Our second stay to the Fitzrovia Hotel. Hotel and staff fantastic - particularly the barman and staff at breakfast. They couldn’t have done more. One small ask - room seemed refurbished and lovely but mattress would have benefitted from a mattress topper as a little too firm. However, we will be back - thank you

The hotel was lovely, the staff too, I had a problem sleeping with the noise from the generators, and I was moved. It was to an up graded room.

A regular guest.
A great hotel, quiet and excellent value. Staff are very good and engaging. Good size rooms and excellent bathrooms. Very clean and good linen. Spot on for staying in London. Also try the Langham Court, the sister hotel.

We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff were so welcoming, accommodating and did everything to make our stay special. We enjoyed afternoon tea and a lovely meal. We could not fault the food in anyway. The hotel is in such a good location and we managed to do a number of tourist activities. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to stay here again.

Excellent hotel
Lovely hotel in a quiet but pretty area just behind Oxford Street. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the facilities were great- very good value for money. Would definitely stay again.
