Always a great experience
I have been staying at the Fitzrovia multiple times and have always been impressed by the friendly and professional attitude of staff. The room was always clean and nice. Highly recommended

Amazing team!
Fantastic team - stayed whilst working shifts in nearby ICU caring for critically ill COVID patients. Kitchen staff came in early to make sure got my breakfast before wait off. Everyone was super friendly no helpful and a complete credit to the hotel

The staff took very good care of my disabilities, such as being quick to carry my mobility scooter up the steps into the hotel. My only gripe with the stay was that the room was extremely warm at night with no obvious means of controllng the temperature.
