perfect location
The Fitzrovia is in a very central location, within easy reach of the West End, shopping areas and attractions. The room we had was standard, but none the less the bed was an excellent size and very comfortable. We only stayed 2 nights but ate there both nights. The dinner was excellent and there was a good choice for breakfast. All in all a very good stay and would stray again.

First stay at Fitzrovia hotel - ideally located. Friendly staff - lovely hotel - great breakfast. All good. Will be back when I'm next in London

Pleasant stay

Best hotel for the front desk staff I’ve ever stay
Excellent, professional, friendly, attentive, supportive… just think of a positive word to describe service and this is what you receive from the front of house team and duty manager at the Gem Fitzrovia. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. This is my home from home and the team make my constant stays away enjoyable, comfortable and most importantly the become my second family; thank you
