Very enjoyable stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fitzrovia. The location was excellent for our purposes. The service provided by the extremely helpful staff was could not have been better. We very much appreciated the complimentary room upgrade and welcome drink. One lift being out of order was the only small blemish on an otherwise perfect stay. We would have no hesitation in staying at the Fitzrovia again ( or booking another GEM hotel) or recommending the hotel to friends. Regards JA Brown
