Lovely hotel, convenient location and very friendly staff. Check-in and breakfast were a bit chaotic as there seemed to be a staff shortage, but other than that we had a lovely stay.

Ideal location
An ideal base to explore London. Quiet, but close to Oxford Circus for transport links. Plenty of bars and restaurants near-by. Comfy bed, good bathroom. Very helpful staff. The breakfast room is too small and although the staff are doing their best - on our second morning they had run out of butter, marmalade, pastries, orange juice. I would stay again but may have breakfast in a local cafe.

Lovely quiet hotel
We had a lovely couple of nights. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were really good. The English breakfast was nice and plenty of choice for continental. It would be better if there was a place to help yourself to tea/coffee as the staff don’t ask if you would like one, you have to try to get their attention and ask them. It should be the first thing they ask when you sit down. The hotel is very well situated, really close to the tube and Regents Park is only a ten minute walk away.

Home from home
This is my home away from home. The staff are excellent and the team is lead excellently by the brilliant duty managers. The staff at the hotel are friendly, professional, knowledgable and helpful. Each time I enter or leave the hotel I receive a warm greeting making the Gem Fitzrovia feel like my home rather than a hotel. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for all you do each time I visit

Excellent stay
Our second stay to the Fitzrovia Hotel. Hotel and staff fantastic - particularly the barman and staff at breakfast. They couldn’t have done more. One small ask - room seemed refurbished and lovely but mattress would have benefitted from a mattress topper as a little too firm. However, we will be back - thank you
