Very good one night stay, good room size was grateful for the upgrade. Bathroom facilities good Only thing is I would have liked softer pillows - there were six but they were too hard for me. Apart from that will definitely stay again. Thank you Alex Cass

Bettina Temari was so helpful and friendly. She did not hesitate to help us with any issues we had (our WiFi didn't connect) and she helped us change rooms to accommodate. She explained how everything worked in our package and was generally lovely.
