Definitely 5 stars from us
The whole of our stay at the hotel was excellent. The location and facilities were ideal for our purpose, but above all it was the efficiency and friendliness of the staff in all departments which made our stay so enjoyable.

Our hotel stay
This was a returning visit, all the staff make this an exceptional hotel. On arrival the reception staff were friendly and competent, the restaurant and bar staff were helpful, efficient and courteous. We will not consider any other London hotel when we visit next.
