Excellent All Round
I had a two night stay with my daughter, as we were visiting a concert. The staff gave us a very warm welcome as we arrived. The room was very clean and warm. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff in the breakfast area were very polite, courteous and couldn't do enough for us. All in al an excelient and enjoyable stay.

Excellent choice of hotel
We stayed for 3 nights, for a weekend break. Very glad we chose the Fitzrovia, very good location and base for Oxford Street and the West End, but it was the staff who made the stay so enjoyable. Every member of staff we encountered simply wanted to please their guests, very refreshing to experience customer service at its best. We look forward to a return. Charming.

Thank you very much! The stay was pure pleasure. Hotel is located in a good place near subway, Regent's Park and in the area with many restaurants and cafes. The building and rooms are very beautiful, personnel is super friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned every day, breakfast was good. Special thanks to Petranka for her warm welcome and coffee. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay there during my next visit. P.S. Please correct my name from Mr to Ms.
