Outstanding
Outstanding doesn't do the service or hotel justice. From the welcome to the room it was faultless. The breakfast service was superb and particular thanks to the waitress on duty on Thursday and Friday morning. I will return in the future on a leisure trip. Again many thanks.

Fitzrovia
This was my second stay at the Fitzrovia hotel. Again we had a lovely time at the hotel. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast room and food very good. The lady who ran the breakfast room was amazing. We never had to wait for anything. We will definitely return

Great hotel find
Lovely room (and Hotel ) for London break. The hotel was only a five minute walk from the nearest Underground Station - Great Portland Street. The room was comfortable and very clean. Bathroom was spotless and the complimentary items good. We only had breakfast but the food choice was very good, the staff very attentive and friendly. For a four star hotel we felt the complimentary refreshment were rather lacking particularly as we are not coffee drinkers, once the 1 sachet each of breakfast tea was used during an evening there was no early morning cuppa! Although we accessed additional tea on our first day without question it is tedious to keep requesting extras, why is a greater supply not left in the room? On one occasion no complimentary biscuits were left.

We booked the hotel for our staff and board away days for around 30 people. We were all and thoroughly impressed with everything; the rooms, the food and conference support. The staff who supported our conference, evening dinner and drinks set up were exceptional in terms of their service and responding to our needs. We would highly recommend and would definitely come back again.

Excellent stay at Fitzrovia Hotel
The Fitzrovia hotel was absolutely incredible. The staff and facilities were impeccable. The staff specifically was very hospitable and helpful, especially after the airport lost my luggage. Thank you Fitzrovia Hotel.
