Lovely hotel. Very clean everywhere and staff very helpful. Excellent place to stay. Very near 2 underground stations too.

Had a lovely 2 night stay at gem fitzrovia. Nothing was too much trouble.The hotel was very clean. Staff friendly and courteous. Breakfast was delicious and had a good range of choice. Would definitely stay again

Very enjoyable stay

PERFECTION
My Good Companion Joyce and I (both octogenarians) watched back to back performances of Kiss Me Kate (at the Barbican) and Les Miserables (Sondheim Theatre) and needed a centrally located hotel. Gem Fitzrovia (three minute walk from Great Portland Street tube station) could not have been better situated and as a base touched perfection with its superb facilities, comfort, attentive staff, excellent breakfast and impressive cleanliness. Hugely recommended (and both shows were 10 out of 10).

Good hotel in good location
This hotel is in a great location for Oxford Street. There are excellent restaurants around the area and the hotel is very good. The breakfast is good and the staff are friendly and helpful
