Sadly only stayed 1 night . Work related stay in London. Comfortable clean bedroom. TV, kettle , coffee and tea available. Shower /shampoo/conditioner/etc available . Soft towels available. Plenty of food available for Breakfast. Staff professional and pleasant.

I didn't catch the name of the night manager on the desk when I checked in at 2:30am however he was exceptionally polite, friendly and it was nice to see a welcoming face after a very long day. He ensured that my check in was swift and give me clear directions to the room, pointing out that if I wanted a drink there was someone available to sort that at the bar. This is exactly the kind of person you want as the face of your hotel!

A centrally located hotel providing all amenities
This was my second stay at The Fitzrovia and I hope that it won’t be my last. The hotel is extremely well located for Central London especially Oxford Street and Regent Street. The hotel is clean and well presented as are the bedrooms. All amenities are provided with a restaurant downstairs serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. I only used the restaurant for breakfast; the breakfast offer was fine but perhaps a little more soft fruit would be welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
