Excellent value
Excellent and efficient staff. Nothing was too much trouble especially the breakfast staff. Good location, excellent value for central London.

Perfect Place
The hotel exceeded all of my expectations. Special thanks to the friendly efficient staff for making it so. Room a bit on the small side but was ample by. We would definitely be at Gem Fitzrovia on our next visit to London

Friendly and efficient staff throughout, especially the lady organising the excellent breakfast each morning - an excellent ambassador for the hotel, with her warm greeting each day and always there when the coffee cup needed topping up - thank you so much.
