Lovely stay
Excellent location, in a quaint neighborhood with excellent restaurants. Conveniently located to underground and other attractions. Staff was courteous.

Thank you for a pleasant hosting with zero issues. I stayed there for 6 days with my family (we are all adults). Staff was welcoming, effective, friendly and polite. Location is great, 10 minutes walk from the Oxford street. Rooms were exactly as expected, cleaning was great, we had everything we needed and any question / request we had was taken care immediately and effectively. To summarize, it was great. We highly recommend this hotel.

An excellent hotel experience
What a friendly and comfortable hotel in a perfect central location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Recommend the cream tea too. Highly recommend it.

Lovely room (303) in terms of size and proportions and also spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and the restaurant staff particularly welcoming. The breakfast was good considering it's included so overall excellent value.
