First class!
We stayed for one night on Sat 9th December, celebrating my wife's birthday in London. I ordered champagne for the room which was nicely chilled when we arrived. We were delighted that the staff had arranged floral decoration on the bed and we also had a complimentary dessert served in the room. The room was quiet and comfortable and much bigger than we expected. Staff in the hotel were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again next time we are in London.
