Overnight in London
Overall very happy. Hope to stay again when I next visit London. In particular, staff courteous and helpful, room very quiet.

All staff were friendly and welcoming-the breakfast offered was amazing and I very much enjoyed my stay. I attended a conference elsewhere-in walking distance from your hotel. One minor point- hot chocolate would be nice in the offered selection of beverages in the room :)
