Excellent hotel
Hotel was very clean, staff were very helpful. We had breakfast included and it was worth the extra cost, plenty of choice. Cereals, yogurt, dried fruit, cooked breakfasts, pastries and cold meats. Only down side we found was that the room was a little small for 3 of us sharing and not much storage for clothing etc we had to live out of the suitcases.

Only stayed for one night but no complaints. The hotel is quite quirky to some extent being an older building but that only makes it more interesting. The bathroom in our room was nicely done out but was a little tight when opening the door but room spacious. Good breakfast and friendly staff. At the start, we arrived early initially and requested an early check in. We waited for 20 minutes but were given the room half an hour earlier than the 3pm check in with no charge, which was good. It seemed that the reception staff may have pushed to make sure our room was ready.

Atmosphere was great
The atmosphere and design of the hotel is great. The staff are really friendly and helpful. It is super clean everywhere. Breakfast is very good. Only two things I would change. Put a softer pillow option on the bed ( make half the pillows soft) and the toilet paper you use is very hard. Must be a nicer and still eco friendly option available. The hotel overall is very good. Great team.

Hidden Gem
What a hidden Gem. Would highly recommend a stay here. The staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they were able to accommodate our needs superbly. The staff in the restaurant took time to chat without being inconsiderate. Fantastic service and they even looked after our bags whilst we hit the shops even though we checked out in the morning. Gold star service x
