Lovely stay!
I had a lovely long stay at the hotel - the staff in particular were so helpful and friendly and that made it all the more pleasant. The breakfast was great and the hotel was quiet, thanks to the fact that I was on the top floor - thankfully with a view over the road, which I liked and at the end of the corridor - also helpful. Room was a little smaller than I was expecting for an executive double, but I'm guessing that's just London! Overall I had a peaceful and lovely stay and would definitely return.

Gem in central London
Was genuinely surprised by how good the hotel was. Had it expected it to be a bit dated but was absolutely fine. Room was clean, tidy and in particular the air-con worked to cool the room for a good night's sleep. ALL the staff were friendly and helpful, from check in, bar and breakfast they couldn't be more pleasant and attentive. My colleague and I both said we would stay again if we're in central London. One very small request, the small bushes outside the entrance obscure the name of the hotel, these need cut back and then everyone can see the name of the Fitzrovia proudly shown. This is the only thing to improve :)
