We had a trip to London to celebrate our engagement. From the moment we checked in the staff were outstanding, we had requested a room with a view and we looked out over the park, all staff were friendly, professional and personable. Really can't praise them enough.

We found hotel was an ideal base for our short trip to London. Convenient for Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens. Short walk to Knightsbridge and tube station to connect with the rest of London.
The staff are all friendly and helpful.
