Great hotel
We stayed a night for a concert at the Albert Hall. Would stay again. Everything you would expect from a 4 star city hotel.

Outstanding in Every Way
From the moment we arrived we were welcomed like old friends, even though this was the first time we had chosen to stay in South Kensington. We usually stay closer to the West End but the station being so close meant it was just a few stops away. The manager, Maureen obviously leads a very happy staff, but a special mention must go out to ‘G’, who is quite simply everywhere. Is there anything she can’t do? We are looking forward to seeing you all again very soon.

Booked a 2 night break with family. Had a twin room which was great for what we needed. Hotel was very near the tube station. Didn't eat in the hotel, due to our busy schedule but the food looked good. Staff were very helpful and polite. Would definitely stay again.

Great attentive staff
Lovely staff. Very friendly and attentive and as it was my birthday celebration they decorated the room. Great location too

Wonderful stay
Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself is located in a beautiful area and close to a tube station as well as many museums. The Gem Strathmore hotel has a lot of historic charm, which made the experience feel truly special. The staff were excellent throughout our visit, and we would especially like to commend the manager — a truly wonderful lady who clearly cares deeply about her guests and staff. A very special mention goes to Gyöngyvér, who made our stay at your hotel so very special. Her kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and she added a personal touch that we will always remember. We have already booked a stay for our son and would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to others.
