Celebrating our Birthday Weekend
We had a lovely stay for celebrating both of our birthdays. The staff were very friendly, helpful and Gyongyver decorated our room for us, which was a wonderful surprise and made our celebrations even more special. Good location for us. And set back from the main road up a side street. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel whilst we explored theV&A on the day ww went home. We really do hope that we are able to return.

The room was clean & reasonably comfortable; personally we found the mattress a little hard. I understand that’s always a difficult one as nothing matches home. However, the service from the staff was excellent throughout our stay & we would return.

London Trip
I picked this hotel because it was close to Royal Albert Hall (less than a 10min walk). My room was perfect for me, clean and comfortable. All the staff that I met were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I also really loved walking around the neighborhood

Excellent Base after concert at the Royal Albert H
The staff were helpful and welcoming even when I came back later after the concert they produced a gluten free sandwich as my friend and I had missed dinner.The room was small but quiet and had all the extras, eg soap and bath gell and kettle and drink making equipment. The breakfast was good with gluten free options. I would happily stay here again if I needed accommodation in the area.

I had a great time at Gem Starthmore Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious, clean and in a quiet location. I would definitely come back if I had the chance. Thank you!
