I picked this hotel because it was close to Royal Albert Hall (less than a 10min walk). My room was perfect for me, clean and comfortable. All the staff that I met were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I also really loved walking around the neighborhood

Excellent Base after concert at the Royal Albert H
The staff were helpful and welcoming even when I came back later after the concert they produced a gluten free sandwich as my friend and I had missed dinner.The room was small but quiet and had all the extras, eg soap and bath gell and kettle and drink making equipment. The breakfast was good with gluten free options. I would happily stay here again if I needed accommodation in the area.

I had a great time at Gem Starthmore Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious, clean and in a quiet location. I would definitely come back if I had the chance. Thank you!

This is my second stay at the Gem Hotel, and I’m still just as delighted. The staff are welcoming and helpful, and the rooms—though quite different in size—are comfortable. But the best part is definitely the breakfast, which I find delicious and very varied. I’ll wrap up by mentioning the Gem Hotel’s ideal location right next to the subway.

Great Hotel, Great Service, will definitely return
We had stayed here pre-covid so knew the hotel well. The hotel still lived up to it's excellent standards from before. We were staying with our 2 children this time and they were very accommodating, making sure they were alright. Staff were excellent, as well as the facilities, and the room was plenty big enough for all 4 of us. Would definitely return.
