Great stay in Kensington
Great stay for night out in London, lovely scones for afternoon tea and the full English breakfast along with the continental options was great. Very powerful shower, lovely! Good value overall.

A perfect location!
A perfect location to stay if visiting the Albert Hall or exploring Kensington. Set amongst wonderful cafes, restaurants & pubs . Friendly staff & a lovely room. Definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel in great location
We were very impressed with our first stay, and so booked for a further two! The hotel is in a great location and has a lovely quiet atmosphere. The staff are excellent, all very polite, welcoming, and efficient. The breakfast options are good, and the cream tea was a very nice addition. The only minor, constructive comment would be that the arrangements for coffee at breakfast, mean that if its been in the flasks for some while, it’s barely warm. Although it’s more labour intensive, a pot of fresh coffee at the table would be more preferable.

Perfect for our overnight stay. The hotel has a lot of history and character which we prefer to the more modern corporate hotels. The room we stayed In was not large but perfectly adequate with everything we needed including free bottled water which is a thoughtful touch. There is a pleasant bar/lounge. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. A mix of help yourself buffet and cooked items served to your table. The hotel is very close to Gloucester tube station and an easy walk to the museums. The service was good and the staff friendly.
