Overal a Great Stay and Touch of London
Staff was friendly and able to help us with the few questions we had about the area. We took afternoon tea, which we enjoyed, but wish the room was private to whomever takes tea at that time, as it felt like we were on display for people sitting in the room as they waited for rooms or rides.

Great stay at the Strathmore Hotel
We had a great stay at the Strathmore Hotel. Every single member of staff we met were incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was a good selection of food on offer at breakfast.

Superb stay at The Gem Strathmore
We had the most enjoyable stay at The Gem Strathmore. The staff were absolutely superb and looked after us beautifully. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very well taken care of. The room was spotlessly clean, and when we asked to change rooms, this was taken care of straight away and we were in a better room by the following night. We really had a great stay, thank you.

Great hotel conveniently located within walking distance of the South Kensington museums and the Royal Albert Hall. Staff are also an asset - friendly and helpful, but thoroughly professional.
