Excellent hotel, excellent location. The staff we really friendly and professional. We had a bit of a wait for our room to be ready which really didn't mind but we were given a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast by way of apology. The room was modern and clean with a compact but very nice shower room. The communal areas were a little tired looking but this really didn't have a negative impact on my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The location is excellent, five minutes walk to Oxford street. Hotel - I expected more for 4 stars.

Very very nice
The location and the staff were the best things about this hotel. The staff could not have been kinder and more courteous. The stay was comfortable and the location perfect.
