I was let down with a booking at another hotel and was a walk in, same day booking. I was very pleased with the room that was available and the price. Very nice hotel, helpful staff, and my only small complaint was it was a bit cold (the temperature outside had plummeted) but there was a standalone heater in the room.

Great Upgrade!
We had booked at another hotel, which had a system error and thus were moved to the Langham. Our room was upgraded and we were treated to ‘breakfast included’. The room was lovely and clean, and quiet. The shower had next to no pressure though. We had a great sleep. Breakfast was lovely and filling. The staff were great. We had a lovely time.
