An enjoyable break
We enjoyed our stay at the Gem Fitzrovia. The room was a good size and had air conditioning which was very welcome during the heat wave. The staff were very welcoming particularly the young man tending the bar and the man who took our cases and served our cream tea. The toiletries were good but I would have liked bottled water in the room. We did receive cake in the room for my partner’s birthday which was a nice touch.

Excellent stay at Gem Fitzrovia
We had a superb stay at the Gem Fitztrovia! All the staff we encountered were absolutely amazing, so very friendly and helpful. They really couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms are extremely comfortable and have everything you need. Thank you so much for the delicious cake you sent up for my birthday, it really was very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again, and will recommend the Gem Fitztrovia to everyone! Thank you!!

great location
lovely place to stay close to good restaurants, shops and transport links. Regents Park is a short walk away which is worth a visit.
