A pleasant stay
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The beds were comfortable, the room clean, and the breakfast good. The only notable issues were the elevators (one of the two was frequently stopped).

Lovely hotel for a London trip
This was our third or fourth stay at the hotel. A lovely hotel for a London break, very convenient for tube station and easy walking distance for us for lots of places we like to go. The staff are always friendly and helpful and we enjoy the breakfast food. The cream tea was great also.

Amazing Hotel Fantastic stay
We had a fantastic stay, Staff are superb and very professional and welcoming. Hotel/room is spotlessly clean and comfortable has everything you would need nice big bathroom . Cream tea was very good and so was breakfast, lots of choice. Great location for Oxford Street or Great Portland Street underground. Would love to stay again.

Very accommodating
The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible while we were visiting the nearby hospital. Everything and everybody was outstanding. Will stay again at next opportunity.
