Quietly Impressed
My first visit to the Fitzrovia, the room was comfortable, and clean, the room service was outstanding, I hadn't expected the quality or quantity of food. clearly i have been ripped off everywhere else! if your looking for considerate and pleasant staff this is the place.

Very welcoming and accommodating
Very accommodating -- allowed us to book our baggage in early so that we could get on with our day and return later. Also we were able to leave our baggage after check out and again get on with our day hands freee. Staff at breakfast were very attentive with no fuss - also first class reception staff across all shifts - thank you. Well situated for three tube stations and bus routes.
