Very welcoming and accommodating
Very accommodating -- allowed us to book our baggage in early so that we could get on with our day and return later. Also we were able to leave our baggage after check out and again get on with our day hands freee. Staff at breakfast were very attentive with no fuss - also first class reception staff across all shifts - thank you. Well situated for three tube stations and bus routes.

What a Gem
Yes what a fabulous hotel!! Staff were so friendly and the hotel was 1st class well done! Stayed at many hotels in London and this rates very high will definately book again !
