Good location
Very well located hotel for both the hospitals around Marylebone and central London shopping and sights. Good breakfast, friendly staff, room ok, pillows could have been softer but that is often the case.

Excellent location near to Regents Park with nearby underground services along with local pubs and restaurants. Staff were professional whilst friendly and courteous. Rooms were reasonably sized for a London hotel and the room itself was clean and comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.

Excellent All Round
I had a two night stay with my daughter, as we were visiting a concert. The staff gave us a very warm welcome as we arrived. The room was very clean and warm. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff in the breakfast area were very polite, courteous and couldn't do enough for us. All in al an excelient and enjoyable stay.
