September Stay at the Gem
a lovely stay, which was a nice surprise after being transferred over from the grange clarendon hotel. great staff, fantastic breakfast. the only flaw in this stay was the shower door that allowed water to leak onto the bathroom floor. everything else was perfect

Nice big room, 2nd floor, no noise, peaceful night's sleep, very clean - would be nice to have some bottled water but shops close-by so can get your own, good value for money - part of a block booking and Teeran incredibly helpful and professional - look forward to working with you again thank you.

Quality stay
We had a wonderful one night stay in the Gem Fitzrovia hotel, the room was lovely, very clean, and a good size. The breakfast was well worth it, and all the staff were very friendly.
