The hotel is great very clean and the rooms are a good size, breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold buffet staff very attentive. We booked the romantic package which was lovely and ready just as we arrived. Hotel is within a 5 minute wak to the underground so very easy to get around London overall a fantastic stay and we will stay again

So friendly….
I rarely write reviews, but we booked 2 rooms for the august bank holiday. The bed and breakfast rate was very competitive a, the the Fitzrovia was brilliantly located for us. The main 2 things, however, which we have seen commented on in other reviews, was the cleanliness of the hotel, and the friendliness of the staff. Every staff menever greeted us with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble - so rare for n a city centre hotel, let alone a London one. We would definitely Recommend.

Great hotel centrally located
Great hotel, centrally located, well priced. Didn't have an opportunity to sample the breakfast and stayed one night only. Front desk were helpful, looked after our bags as check in is 4pm on a Friday/Saturday, enabling us to explore a little before checkin and dinner. Room was well appointed, airconditioned and clean. Only minor gripe is there is a lift/elevator to every floor... except the street level entrance.. Would stay again.
