Good location and lovely hotel

Excellent hotel, facilities and staff. Only problem was builders across the road making a lot of noise till 11pm! No grab handle for getting in and out of Shower (Room 307)

Friendly Staff
Was literally an overnight stay for a Bruce Springsteen concert so spent little time in the hotel. However the friendliness of the staff was noticeable particularly at breakfast.

Great stay
A gem tucked in the quiet streets. Easy walk to Oxford street and very close to the Great Portland station. I’ll stay here again and again!!!

Our hotel stay
We arrived an hour before check in time, but our room was available and we were able to have it immediately. The staff were excellent as was the food, and cleanliness of the hotel. We'd definitely recommend this hotel.
