Overnight stay
The staff were very helpful. The room was at the back of the hotel with plenty of space , and quiet. I overheard a conversation, and discovered they make omelettes for breakfast. It was lovely.

Lovely stay for my birthday
The hotel was lovely & looked very luxurious downstairs. The staff were very smart & attentive. So special to have the door opened for us, when leaving & arriving at the hotel. The bedroom was smaller than expected, which I know this is often the case with London Hotels, but I had expected larger room & more luxurious for a 4 star hotel. The mattress was extremely firm. There was a topper, but it didn’t make much difference. The bathroom facilities were good. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice from the buffet bar, but I would have expected waiter service for this standard of hotel. There was only choice of eggs were scrambled, which again, I would have expected eggs Benedict, eggs florentine, poached eggs etc. I loved the fresh red roses ?? in the dining room & the reception areas.
