Quiet location
We had an issue in the first room assigned but the front desk moved us to a room that accommodated us when we asked, and everyone was friendly.

Lovely stay in a beautiful hotel
Lovely period hotel in the heart of Belgravia. The room was perfect for me, with everything I needed for an overnight stay: spacious room, large comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space, iron and board, hot drink facilities, good-sized tv, large bathroom with separate bath and shower and complimentary toiletries (much appreciated, I always forget something). Everything was spotless, the staff were delightful, and I look forward to staying here again. Thank you for looking after me.

lovely hotel and staff -very helpful....breakfast was excellent...bathroom - excellent - had a bath - always a pleasure ( alot of hotels do not have baths these days...so this was brilliant)...thank you for the stay
