Hôtel vraiment bien situé, à 5 minutes du métro. + La situation, la chambre, bon rapport qualité-prix - Le petit-déjeuner. Devoir payer pour manger des oeufs alors que l'on est à Londres c'est vraiment dommage. Le buffet n'est vraiment pas bien achalandé. C'est une déception.

Excellent hotel .group of 7 family members we all thought what a stunning hotel the lady from Romania not sure of her name was the most friendliest of staff and made us all feel like we were very important quest she welcomed us every time she seen us with the most beautiful smile and kind words . Such a great location would definitely recommend to any one to see the sights of London

Short break in London
Loved the location and authenticity of the hotel. The room had excellent facilities although it was tight to move around in. The staff were friendly and helpful and we particularly enjoyed our cream teas on arrival!!

Visit
The hotel is brilliany positioned for our visit to the Albert Hall. Staff were friendly and professional. We had the Travelzoo offer so also got a cream tea and full english breakfact as part of the deal which made it very reasonable in terms of price. Handily placed just off Gloucester Road so plenty of shops and cafes etc

Convenient and professional
