Die Lage ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Städtetrip nach London. U-Bahn und die City of London sind in ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und äußerst freundlich. ö Der Check-In dauert sehr lange, man kann aber das Gepäck abgeben und später einchecken. Bucht man Frühstück dazu, erhalt man nur das Continental Breakfast (kaltes Buffet), das Full Breakfast (warmes Buffet und Eigerichte inkludiert) zahlt man zusätzlich nochmals 5 Pfund. Das muss nicht sein, denken wir.

Lovely hotel rooms basic but perfectly placed for our needs. Very clean, staff were very helpful & polite, booked continental breakfast but upgraded to full English for £5 which I thought was very reasonable. Highly recommended for the price.
