Perfectly positioned hotel
Perfectly positioned hotel for central London convenience clean adequate rooms didn't have the breakfast but pricey the only thing we felt was missing from the room was a fridge for cold drinks and snacks will visit again as soon close to everything staff are lovely and polite

Absolutely amazing to stay in this hotel. The staff is very helpful and always there to ask if we need anything. In terms of hygiene, everything is extremely clean. The room and bathroom are very clean, and I am someone who is very sensitive to that. For my first time in London, it was a complete success. Thank you so much for your kindness and service. What's more, your hotel is in a great location. The only downside is that there is no lactose-free milk at breakfast. But otherwise, everything was perfect.

Very nice

Very short stay!
After a badly delayed flight we arrived (2.15am on Friday, 29th August) but our booking had not fed through from the Booking.com website. Your night manager managed to find the booking eventually and saw that it looked like I had already checked in, I had not. He quickly found an alternative room and we spent a very clean and comfortable five hour stay here prior to a visit to a local dentist. The location was perfect for us, the bathroom was spotless and the linen was also lovely and the beds very comfortable. Our stay was short but was exactly what we required. Thank you everyone!
