Excellent location and perfect hotel for our touri

Lovely overnight stay
Have stayed here before 3 or 4 years ago and I’m pleased to say that the excellent standards haven’t slipped. Our room was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning was very efficient, which was a big plus as the temperature was 34 C in London. The staff couldn’t have been more efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend, especially if you’re looking for somewhere convenient for a visit to the London Palladium.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived when London had 35 degrees Celsius and the air condition in the room was on. I miss-read the time for breakfast and came down 10 min after they had closed but they still served me. The room was small but really nice and everything needed was there. Also very good location with restaurants just outside and close to everything in London.

I had a wonderful stay at the Gem Langham Hotel in London. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their exceptional service made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore London and access everything I needed. The hotel was also impeccably clean, and housekeeping maintained a very high standard throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London. I will definitely stay here again!
