Great stay
Great hotel. Staff lovely and very helpful and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable and the pillows. Spacious rooms. Breakfast was great and the complimentary cream tea was a nice added bonus. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone. Thank you.

Theatre stay
The greeting on arrival was excellent and the rooms were in great condition and very comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful . Excellent location for the underground to get around the city.

I enjoyed my week long stay at Gems Fitz. The staff were outstanding in their service and are the reason I will return. In particular the pleasant staff at the breakfast service, Niluka, Elena, Mohammed, created a good start to each day. Thank you

Great value and service
Beautiful Hotel, very clean and fresh looking, Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was bright and comfortable (although the pilows were on the extra firm side!), Breakfast was delicious and plentiful,, and the Hotel was in an excellent area for all of central london

Another fantastic stay at The Fitzrovia Hotel.
The three night stay was perfect . The staff were excellent and the food and bar service was second to non. We will be back there very soon.
