Great location. Cozy room. Quite, clean. Helpful and friendly staff. A little bit expensive but never mind. You should offer booking options without breakfast if the guests don't want it.

Seven days in London
The staff were very helpful and always pleasant. The hotel furnishings and decor are excellent. The hotel is very central so good for visiting London.

2 night London city break
Booked for 2 nights. Good location and within easy walking distance to both the tube and Oxford street. Friendly staff. Room was reasonable size for London with all the facilities you need I.e., toiletries, tea, coffee, hairdryer etc. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. I would be very happy to stay here again

A real GEM
This hotel was just wonderful. Staff was very nice and attentive. Room small but cozy and bathroom was nice. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff greeted us and always helped us and we were celebrating 2 big bdays and they added a special touch of birthday cake. Very special! I was referred by a friend and I would come back!!
