Excellent
All I can say is this place exceeded my expectations from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Thank you for everything. The place is beautiful and the staff are so welcoming and kind. The room was so nice and comfortable.The place is in a perfect location as we walked to the centre of London from there in 10 minutes. Will definitely come back.

Great stay and fabulous after service
had a lovely stay at the Gem Fitzrovia, everyone was helpful and the room and food were very good, unfortunately i left a rugby shirt in the wardrobe, after a phone call and an email the shirt was returned the next day at a very reasonable postage price, a first class service.

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. Everything was clean, cozy, and well maintained. The location is excellent – close to many tourist attractions and very well connected to public transport, with underground stations and a train station just a short walk away. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a great location in London.
