A real GEM
This hotel was just wonderful. Staff was very nice and attentive. Room small but cozy and bathroom was nice. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff greeted us and always helped us and we were celebrating 2 big bdays and they added a special touch of birthday cake. Very special! I was referred by a friend and I would come back!!

My friend and I stayed here recently. We loved the decor and the location. We could walk to the British Museum and other landmarks. The staff was always friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had a wide variety of food items. Everything tasted delicious.

Lovely and helpful staff
Very lovely and helpful staff during our stay, from the reception Chinese lady staff to the guard man, all of them were very kind and helpful. We will back this hotel again.
