Excellent Italian food in a great Fitzrovia location! The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and there’s a fantastic choice on the menu with plenty of tempting options. I had the pesto chicken pasta and it was absolutely amazing — full of flavour and easily one of the highlights of the meal. Great food, lovely service and a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

A real 'gem' in a great location
The hotel is in a great location and surprisingly quiet despite being so central. Our room (ground floor) was beautifully clean and looked freshly decorated, the bed was comfortable, the wifi good and the shower also good. The only downside was that the bathroom was the tiniest imaginable! Also the extractor fan in the bathroom did not seem to work and the toilet seat did not feel very sturdy. The staff we met were all very welcoming, polite and efficient, we did not have to queue to check in or to get served in the bar and our room was ready ahead of time. Breakfast was very nice, especially the scrambled eggs and mini pastries, although we felt there could have been more gluten free options available (for example, sausages).

Great location. Cozy room. Quite, clean. Helpful and friendly staff. A little bit expensive but never mind. You should offer booking options without breakfast if the guests don't want it.

The staff were very helpful and always pleasant. The hotel furnishings and decor are excellent. The hotel is very central so good for visiting London.

2 night London city break
Booked for 2 nights. Good location and within easy walking distance to both the tube and Oxford street. Friendly staff. Room was reasonable size for London with all the facilities you need I.e., toiletries, tea, coffee, hairdryer etc. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. I would be very happy to stay here again
