Lovely facility, nice room. Staff was very helpful and accommodating to our needs--we had to change our travel plans and staff helped us work through baggage and travel issues. Had some difficulty working through the air conditioning..the in-room controls are not at all intuitive...but after a couple of attempts and assistance from staff all was well. The quality of the breakfast was a real highlight and again, staff in the dining area were exemplary. Proximity to two tube stops a real plus. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

I booked this hotel after months of research, as I was supposed to spend 11 days there, in recovery after my surgery. I can only say - I made the best possible decision when I booked with Gem Fitzrovia. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. I got the exact room that I booked - which was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Location of the hotel is amazing. Breakfast was the same every morning - but very delicious, fresh and with plenty of options. But among everything, the most important and the best thing in this hotel - are staff members. Everyone, from porters to receptionists to cleaning ladies, everyone was absolutely wonderful. I spend 11 days here, 8 of which were post-surgery and I was alone. I can’t thank enough to everyone who made me feel taken care of and safe. A special thank you to Milot - for every kind word and your genuine care, you are a true gem. Hotel itself is great, but people are what makes this hotel truly amazing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart - and I’ll see you again, as this is, from now on, the only hotel I’ll book when staying in London! Sincerely, Dragana, Room 207. ??

Excellent Italian food in a great Fitzrovia location! The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and there’s a fantastic choice on the menu with plenty of tempting options. I had the pesto chicken pasta and it was absolutely amazing — full of flavour and easily one of the highlights of the meal. Great food, lovely service and a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

A real 'gem' in a great location
The hotel is in a great location and surprisingly quiet despite being so central. Our room (ground floor) was beautifully clean and looked freshly decorated, the bed was comfortable, the wifi good and the shower also good. The only downside was that the bathroom was the tiniest imaginable! Also the extractor fan in the bathroom did not seem to work and the toilet seat did not feel very sturdy. The staff we met were all very welcoming, polite and efficient, we did not have to queue to check in or to get served in the bar and our room was ready ahead of time. Breakfast was very nice, especially the scrambled eggs and mini pastries, although we felt there could have been more gluten free options available (for example, sausages).

Great location. Cozy room. Quite, clean. Helpful and friendly staff. A little bit expensive but never mind. You should offer booking options without breakfast if the guests don't want it.
