This is our 4th stay In 12th months, and is our go to hotel when visiting London. Staff are friendly & attentive, the rooms are clean and quite sizeable compared with other hotels in London. The location is fantastic for walking to all major London attractions, or 5 mins walk to the tube station to visit attractions further afield. We are already looking to book again. We have had breakfast at this hotel, and it was lovely, with a great choice.

Exceptional staff encourage me to return
Its always a pleasure to return to Gem Fitzrovia because of the warm and exceptional team. The restaurant/ breakfast service stands out but reception and other areas also contribute to a memorable stay. Niluka, Elena and Abinash were awesome
